Fees & Subsidy

Fees and Inclusions


2025 Fees:

Possums 2-3 years: $125.00/day
Koalas 3-5 years: $120.00/day

Fees are billed fortnightly in advance and are payable for all booked days, including absences due to illness, vacations, or public holidays. Make-up days are available for public holidays.

No fees are charged during the Christmas/New Year closure.​
​Our fees include:
  • Nutritious meals tailored to all dietary needs made on site, each day
  • Sunscreen and wipes
  • Personalised education programs for all age groups (2–5 years)
  • A dedicated School Readiness Program (3–5 years) to support a smooth, confident transition into primary school
  • Active Early Learning Curriculum, which is delivered across our two expansive outdoor play areas.
  • In-house programs that enrich and complement academic learning
  • Excursions
  • A Master Qualified Teacher leading the program
  • Updates throughout the day via the OWNA App

Government Assistance / Subsidy


Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Rowley Kindergarten is a registered childcare provider offering the Government Child Care Subsidy (CCS) to eligible families. The subsidy is applied directly to your fees, reducing your out-of-pocket costs. To apply, you’ll need a CRN and can submit a claim through your MyGov Centrelink account. ​Start Strong Funding

Rowley Kindergarten is approved for Start Strong Funding, helping reduce fees for families.

2025 Fee Relief:
​
4-year-olds: $2,174 per year ($47.26 per week)
3-year-olds: $515 per year ($11.19 per week)

This funding supports families in accessing 600 hours of early childhood education at a more ​affordable cost.
