Education

Class Groups

Our centre caters to children aged 2 to 5 years, dividing them into two groups:

Possum Group (2-3 years)
Koala Group (3-5 years)

Our curriculum offers a variety of learning experiences tailored to each child’s development and interests, thoughtfully designed to engage and challenge both age groups.

Curriculum

Our curriculum is personalised to each child’s needs and goals, developed in close partnership with families. Inspired by Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and Steiner philosophies, we create a nurturing, flexible environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and confident learning. Families stay connected through regular updates, parent-teacher meetings, and detailed progress reports via the OWNA app.

Transition to School

At Rowley Kindergarten, school readiness is a year-round journey. Our curriculum builds essential skills and confidence over time, ensuring each child is well-prepared for the transition to primary school. We maintain strong relationships with local schools and regularly invite Principals and Kindergarten Coordinators to connect with families and support this important step.

Supporting the Curriculum -
Extras

At Rowley Kindergarten, we believe in a collaborative approach to give every child the best start in life. Alongside our experienced educators, we work with expert professionals—including a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and KU Inclusion Support for NDIS—to provide early intervention where needed. If your child is already receiving support, we’re committed to working closely with your existing team to ensure a consistent, tailored approach to their development and well-being.
